How & where are Honeypot Cupcakes made?
All our cupcakes are made in our Honeypot kitchen, we don't use any industrial equipment; all the cakes and icing are made in small batches so it takes longer but tastes so much better.
Can you make me a special design, theme or colour?
Yes! We bake and decorate cakes fresh for each and every order, so custom decorations and themes are no problem.
How long do Honeypot Cupcakes stay fresh for?
To be honest they won't be around long enough to worry to much about that, but they will stay fresh for 2-3 days if you keep them in there own box.
Do your cupcakes contain nuts?
Our cupcakes are made in a kitchen where nuts are used. All our cupcakes may therefore contain traces of nuts.Where do you deliver to?
We are based in Bretton, Peterborough and offer free delivery within a 5 mile radius of our kitchen.How much does delivery cost?
The cost of delivery varies depending on your location.
5-10 miles £2.95
10-15 miles £5.95
15-20 miles £8.95
Please contact us for delivery further than 20 miles.
Can I collect to avoid paying for delivery?
We are unable to offer collection from our premises due to our busy nature.
How far ahead do I need to order?
At least 2 or 3 days in advance is our preferred minimum, although we do get very busy (especially at weekends) so the earlier you're able to confirm the more chance there is that we can accommodate your order.
For weddings and other large orders it's advisable to give us as much notice as possible to avoid dissapointment.
How do I place an order?
Simply give us a call or feel free to send an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can we meet up to discuss my requirements?
We would be more than happy to meet up with you to discuss any requirements or ideas you may have.
How do I pay for my cupcakes?
We accept cash at time of delivery for cupcake orders of £50 and below. we also accept cheques, PayPal and BACS transfers in advance for our larger orders. For advance orders such as weddings we require a deposit of 20% at the time of booking with the remainder payable 2 weeks prior to your delivery.
Do you hire cupcake stands?
We do hire stands for our cupcakes, please see our stand hire page for more information and prices.
When do I get my stand deposit back?
your deposit will be returned to you within 14 days of us recieving our stand back. all information regarding your deposit can be found on the paperwork that is sent out with your stand.
Would you collect the stand from us or our venue?
We understand that it's not always possible for you to get the stand back to us within the hire time, so we would be more than happy to collect it from you or your venue.(Please note there will be a collection charge for this service)
