Terms & Conditions

Delivery & set up


Our buffet prices include the setting up of the buffet and delivery to the requested venue within a 25 mile radius of Peterborough.(Venues outside of this area will incur an additional travel charge)


Customers' obligation


It is the customers' obligation to ensure that a sufficent number of tables are allocated and positioned at the venue.

Customers must ensure that the venue is available at a reasonable time prior to the start of the event to allow catering staff sufficient time to set up.


Food selection


In the unusual event of the produce required being unavailable, we reserve the right to alter the menu accordingly to ensure that our usual high standards are maintained.


Health & Safety


Food should only be kept at a cool room temperature for a maximum of 4 hours, food left out any longer should be kept at a temperature of 0.5 degrees Celsius, ie refrigerated.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the recommended consumption time is observed and any left over food is properly disposed of and not consumed at a later stage.


Booking & Payment


When a function is booked, a deposit of 10% must be paid. This is non-refundable if the function is cancelled by the customer. The remaining balance is due to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event.

In any circumstances where balances have not been settled, the function will be deemed to have been cancelled. For any function booked at short notice(within 14 days prior to the function) the balance must be paid in full, in cash, at the time of the booking.

Cancellation

Any booking cancelled by the customer within 14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund. Any function cancelled within 48 hours of the event will receive no refund.
